A dining event was organized by the Department of Accounting and Tax Applications at Aksaray University Ortaköy Vocational School in order to contribute to the social and cultural development of our students and to strengthen communication and interaction beyond the academic environment.
During the event, our students came together with the Head of the Department, Lecturer Dr. Nurşen ÜNLÜ, in a warm and friendly atmosphere, providing an opportunity for mutual exchange of ideas and closer communication. Throughout the event, our students shared their views and suggestions regarding departmental life, while our academic staff had the opportunity to directly listen to students’ expectations and needs.
Social and cultural activities play a significant role in helping students adapt to university life, develop a sense of belonging, and strengthen team spirit. In this context, the dining event not only enhanced solidarity and interaction among students but also contributed to the establishment of a strong communication environment within our department.
It was observed that students showed high levels of satisfaction and active participation during the event, and such activities positively influence student motivation and their academic processes.
As the Department of Accounting and Tax Applications, we place importance not only on the academic success of our students but also on supporting their social, cultural, and personal development. In line with this approach, similar events that bring our students together will continue to be organized in the future.
